President’s Dialogue with Alumni

A big thank you to the 200 participants who joined us on campus and online on 12 June! President Prof. Jin-Guang Teng was delighted to meet alumni from Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland, and overseas, sharing first-hand updates on the latest developments at their alma mater and exchanging ideas about the future. We are grateful to our alumni, Ms Donnie Tuen and Mr Leo Tuen, for their generous donation in support of the University’s development. Their gift reflects the enduring bond between alumni and PolyU, as well as a shared commitment to giving back.

Our latest “Proud PolyYOU” social media series has featured alumni who have introduced impactful innovations to society: Ms Vincy Ng and Mr Eddie Li’s One Pair Straw, Dr Nano Cheng’s Mushroom Coffee, and Prof. Joanne Yip’s AI-assisted design of functional clothing!

PolyU Flag-Raising Ceremony and “Confucius”

Documentary Screening

To celebrate the 29th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, PolyU will hold a flag-raising ceremony on 1 July. In addition, a screening of the documentary “Confucius” will be held at the Jockey Club Auditorium following the flag-raising ceremony. You are cordially invited to attend with your family and friends.
